Virtuality was built from something deeper than simply providing convenience.
I've spent over two decades operating at the sharp end of complex organisations. As CEO of one of the UK's largest primary care partnerships, I led a team of 400 staff, supported 35 GP partners, and held statutory responsibility for the healthcare of over 100,000 patients. Before that, I spent six years as Head of Operations and Sales for the UK's largest dental IT provider, running teams across the UK, Ireland, Holland, and Mumbai.
I know what it costs — in time, money, and momentum — when the right support isn't in place. I also know what great delegation looks like, and how transformative it is when it works.
